What is Concierge Medicine?

A personalized approach to primary care focusing on the doctor-patient relationship, accessibility and proactive care.

Dr. Myra Reed’s unique approach, often called “Concierge Medicine”, requires a monthly or annual membership fee to provide you more personalized care by focusing on fewer patients rather than more. Our goal is to be your partner in healthcare.  You seek the most qualified advisors for your finances and other matters important to your family. We aim to provide that same level of personalized attention to help you live a longer, healthier life.

By limiting our practice to a smaller number of patients, Dr. Reed is able to spend much more time with you to better understand your individual needs. The result is exceptional value, peace of mind, and convenience with a focus on you, our patient, not the system.

Concierge Medicine VS Traditional Primary Care

My Concierge Plan

  • Private, personalized care from a doctor and staff that know you and your wellness goals. We focus on building the strongest doctor-patient relationship possible.
  • Priority scheduling for appointments because your time is valuable. Be seen in your time of need, not 3 weeks later!
  • 24/7 access to your personal physician.
  • Appointments and visits with your doctor’s undivided attention, usually around 1 hour.
  • Receive an advanced annual physical and individualized health action plan with continuous progress tracking to optimize your chance of achieving your health goals.
  • Be treated by one doctor that will coordinate all of your healthcare needs.

Traditional Primary Care

  • Be seen by a doctor and staff that don't know your name and don't have the time or desire to get to know you.
  • Wait weeks or months to get an appointment, often after the need is gone.
  • Leave a message and hope to get a callback within a few days.
  • See your doctor, or possibly their NP, for 10 minutes or less after waiting an hour.
  • Receive a quick, impersonal basic physical and get prescribed medication for any abnormalities.
  • Schedule appointments with multiple doctors, that don't communicate with each other, to treat your multiple issues.
